A double-sided flanged enamel advertising sign for Beach’s Jams. One side features a dark blue ground with white lettering reading BUY YOUR GROCERIES HERE, above a white rectangular panel with blue block lettering reading WE RECOMMEND BEACH’S JAMS. The reverse side features a dark blue ground with white block lettering reading BEACH’S JAMS, above a white banner reading PUREST & BEST in blue lettering.
20 1/4 inches x 15 1/4 inches.


Condition report:

Good strong colours, with some enamel loss edges and the flange area (photo 1, photo 2, photo 3). There is a notable area of enamel loss on the lower right corner of the side reading Buy Your Groceries Here (photo 1). Numerous surface scratches and scuffs are visible on the blue ground on both sides (photo 1, photo 3) and yellow staining affects the white enamel lettering and banner on the reverse side reading Beach\'s Jams Purest & Best (photo 3).
