A single-sided illuminated advertising lightbox sign for Commer commercial vehicles. The sign features applied raised red translucent lettering reading COMMER with bevelled gold-tone edges, set against an opaque white acrylic face panel. Housed in a white-painted metal angled casing with a cut three-core electrical lead emerging from the rear. Working order is untested and rewiring will be required. Measures approximately 36.5 inches in width by 13.5 inches in height.


Condition report:

The acrylic face displays light surface scratching and scuffing consistent with use (photos 1 and 2). The raised red lettering shows faint surface crazing and minor edge wear. The white-painted metal casing exhibits paint loss, surface rusting and corrosion along the welded corners, outer frame edges, and seam lines (photos 1, 3, 4, and 5). General surface dirt and staining to the rear and upper casing (photo 5). Cut electrical wiring; untested (photo 5).
