A single-sided enamel advertising sign for Indec PH industrial and agricultural diesel engines, manufactured to Petter specification. The sign features a yellow ground with a central white rectangular panel containing green and black block lettering. To the right is a detailed technical illustration of a two-cylinder air-cooled diesel engine rendered in dark green, white, and black. Lower text identifies the engine features as air cooled with low fuel consumption and choice of slow and high speed drives. An oval logo for indec appears above the full company name, Indian National Diesel Engine Co. Ltd. A small printed maker mark in the lower left corner reads BENGAL ENAMEL. The reverse is finished in black enamel.

The main yellow and white fields show good vibrant colour retention, though scattered surface scratches and minor staining are present. Some minor losses to the enamel mainly to the perimeter
