A yellow ground enamel advertising sign featuring 3D block lettering spelling RALEIGH in red with blue shadowing. The central graphic depicts a black roadster bicycle fitted with a frame-mounted pump. To the top left corner is a red heron crest above a red and gold monogram, with black banners reading THE RALEIGH, NOTTINGHAM, and ENGLAND. A black printed mark at the bottom right corner reads ..”LANGCAT” BUSSUM HOLLAND, where the initial characters are not clearly legible. The reverse is finished in a mottled dark green protective coating.

Condition report:

The central graphic area retains exceptionally good colour with only minor surface scratches, small pit marks consistent with outdoor display (photos 3, 4, 5). Notable enamel loss and associated surface oxidation is visible at all four corner mounting holes and intermittently along the outer edges (photos 1, 2, 6). The reverse shows general surface wear and minor oxidation spots (photo 9).
