A one quart tapered handled oil pourer with a red ground and white lithographed branding. The body features text reading ONE QUART, Advanced, and HAVOLINE MOTOR OIL. A stamped mark reading QUART is impressed to the upper section of the body (photo 2). The handle features an embossed mark reading LIQUID MEASURE (photo 3). An embossed three-line mark is visible on the interior of the spout, reading 26P, USA, and SEAL (photo 6). The jug is constructed from tinplate with a fixed handle and an angled pouring spout.


Condition report:

The jug shows heavy signs of industrial use and wear throughout. There is significant paint loss, scratching, and surface oxidation across the red exterior, most notably around the base and seams (photo 1). The interior of the jug and spout exhibits extensive surface oxidation and dark pitting (photo 2). The tip of the pouring spout is misshapen, with jagged edges and visible denting (photo 5). Structurally sound with the handle and spout attachments intact.
