The central typography is rendered in black and red lettering reading The Old Blend Whisky of the WHITE HORSE CELLAR of old Coaching days 1746, 10 YEARS OLD. The lower section includes the text INSIST ON GETTING MACKIE’S WHITE HORSE CELLAR and Lagavulin Distillery, Island of Islay in a script font. A printed maker’s mark along the bottom right edge reads FALKIRK IRON CO SCOTLAND. The reverse is finished in a textured black coating.

36.5 inches x 36.25 inches.

Condition report:

Nice overall condition with very good sheen to the enamel. However, the outer edge and mounting holes have been crudely over-painted, with one additional area within the black field under the belly of the horse.
