Lot 46: Vintage Porcelain Enamel Advertising Sign for Walker's Loose Leaf Books

A single rectangular porcelain enamel advertising sign for “Walker’s Loose Leaf Books.” The sign features a primary color scheme of dark blue, white, and green. The text “Walker’s” and “Books” is rendered in large white script font set against a dark blue background. The central element is a circular green logo containing the white block lettering “LOOSE LEAF” and a prominent stylized white ‘L’ shape at the bottom. The entire sign is framed by a green outer border. The sign is constructed of enamel fused onto a metal substrate, typical of early 20th-century advertising signage. Four mounting holes are visible at the corners. Two small brass-colored fasteners are visible securing the sign near the top and bottom center of the circular logo.
