A Meddocream enamel advertising sign featuring a cream ground with a red and blue graphic composition. The central brand name Meddocream is rendered in a stylized red script, flanked by Silver Cup in blue sans-serif lettering to the upper left and Ice Cream in matching blue sans-serif to the lower right. The sign is constructed from sheet steel with a vitreous finish. Eight mounting holes are positioned around the perimeter. The reverse is finished in a black base coat.
