A n upper cylinder lubricant dispenser of cylindrical tinplate form, finished in yellow with two horizontal black bands. The front features a worn oval logo. Below the logo, printed text reads THE PERFECT UPPER CYLINDER LUBRICANT and PUT IT IN YOUR FUEL. The dispenser is fitted with a top carrying handle, two screw-cap openings of varying sizes, and a black-painted metal mounting bracket riveted to the reverse. A brass dispensing tap is located at the base.

Height: 10.5 inches to top of handle; 9 inches to top of can body.
Diameter: 6.5 inches.


Condition report:

The dispenser is in a heavily patinated condition with significant paint loss and abrasions, particularly to the central logo area (photo 1). The yellow paintwork shows widespread spotting, surface rust, scratches, and minor denting (photo 2). Surface oxidation is present on the black-painted bands and the rear mounting bracket (photo 3). The brass tap at the base shows heavy grime and oxidation (photo 1).
