Condition report:

The tray exhibits signs of significant use and oxidation consistent with a pub environment. There is heavy tarnish and dark oxidation across the central field and rim (photo 1). Several dark spots and areas of verdigris are visible on the front surface (photo 3). The reverse shows significant mottled oxidation and surface scuffing throughout (photo 4). The structural rim remains intact.
