Cobb & Co’s Celebrated Margate Ales advertising poster featuring a central graphic of a dark glass ale bottle striking the bullseye of an archery target. The target is inscribed with the slogan Hit The Mark, while the bottle displays a detailed facsimile of a Cobb & Co’s Pale Ale label, including the Kentish Invicta white horse emblem and text stating Bottled at the Margate Brewery. The scene is set against a stylized landscape of green hills under a pale blue sky. The print is presented behind glass in a wooden frame with a mahogany finish and a brown paper backing.

Condition report:

Significant foxing and brown spotting is visible across the upper light-blue sky area (photo 2 and 3). There is notable rippling and waviness to the paper ground throughout (photo 1). The wooden frame shows light scuffing and age-related wear to the finish, particularly at the corners (photo 4 and 5). The rear backing paper is intact but shows some tears, creasing, and age-related discolouration (photo 6).
