An assortment of eleven metal advertising ashtrays featuring British alcohol and tobacco brands. The group includes two Schweppes anodized aluminium ashtrays, one in blue with silver-toned embossed lettering and one in gold-toned finish. Tobacco advertising is represented by two Players aluminium ashtrays, one circular with embossed block lettering reading PLAYERS PLEASE and one square with rounded corners featuring the brand name in cursive script. A blue anodized aluminium Senior Service ashtray features a central rectangular rest and embossed rim lettering. A brass-toned Wills’s Gold Flake Cigarettes ashtray commemorates the 1937 Coronation, featuring a central profile portrait of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth.
