Lot 2: Vintage Webb's Celebrated Seeds Commercial Advertising Sign

A vintage vertical commercial advertising sign promoting Webb’s Celebrated Seeds of Wardsley Stourbridge. The sign features highly illustrative color depictions of four distinct horticultural products: Webb’s Emperor Cabbage, Webb’s Pride of Stourbridge Melon, Webb’s Regina Tomato, and Webb’s Talisman Pea. The text is rendered in bold block lettering, identifying the company and its location as Wardsley Stourbridge. This specific design is widely recognized in the market, often appearing in original enamel sign formats, though this example appears to be a printed sign, potentially mounted to board or metal. The sign is secured by four visible mounting studs and is framed by a vertical yellow structure on the left and right.
