Lot 82: Peter Pan Swimwear Counter-Top Advertising Figure

A painted composite retail advertising display figure for Peter Pan Swimwear. The female figure is modelled wearing a strapless blue one-piece bathing suit and stylized white-framed sunglasses, posed with hands raised to her dark hair. The figure stands on an integral rectangular painted base styled with a sand-coloured upper surface, white wave motifs, and a blue base rim, featuring a raised dark cartouche plaque lettered in script Peter Pan. To the side stands an upright painted wooden signpost bearing a pink sign inscribed in blue Peter Pan REGD. SWIM WEAR. The hollow underside is fitted with a slotted pine mounting block secured to the internal fixture with a wing nut, bearing a light pencil mark.
