Two gallon rectangular petrol can with a dark green ground. The main sides feature Pratts branding in a yellow stylised script with a flourish underline. The ends are marked with vertical block lettering reading PRATTS, and the top surface bears horizontal block lettering reading PRATTS alongside a hand-painted 3/- price mark. The can is fitted with a fixed carry handle and a brass screw cap embossed with PRATTS.

Condition report:

Significant corrosion and rust-through are visible to the base and bottom edges where the metal has begun to delaminate (photo 1, 4). The green paint is heavily distressed with widespread peeling, bubbling, and surface oxidation across all panels (photo 2, 3). Surface dirt and cobwebs are present (photo 3). The brass filler cap remains legible and intact (photo 5).
