A three-dimensional counter-top advertising display model for Hydes Anvil Brand, featuring a stylized anvil mounted on a tapered square plinth base. The anvil section is finished in a matte orange colour, set upon a black base with a light blue top surface. The front face of the base bears a cursive logo in orange reading Hydes, above the text ANVIL BRAND in white block capitals. The display is constructed from a molded composite material, with the hollow underside revealing an internal wooden cross-brace and metal mounting bolts.
Height: 11.5 inches.


Condition report:

The orange paint on the anvil shows minor surface scuffs, particularly on the horn tip and top face (photo 1 and photo 2). The light blue paint on the top of the base exhibits widespread fine crazing (photo 1). Minor chipping and paint loss are visible around the lower edge of the black base (photo 1 and photo 2). The internal structure and mounting hardware are intact (photo 3).
