Start price: £70

Estimated price: £150 - £300

Sold for: £180

One half pint handled oil pourer with a green ground. The body features red lithographed lettering for Wakefield Castrol Motor Oil in both block capitals and cursive script. The piece is constructed with an angled fixed spout and an applied metal handle. A circular weights and measures verification stamp is embossed on the upper funnel section, though the markings are weathered and illegible. The metal surfaces exhibit a heavy patina with oxidation throughout.
